Pilot with a partner

See how AI can improve one process in your company.

We pick a specific process and team, establish the baseline, then test a change in how the work is done. Collaboration.tech leads the organizational side and the evaluation of results. A partner delivers the agreed implementation scope.

    How a pilot runs
    1. Process

One process, one team, an agreed starting point.

    2. Change

A new way of working: roles, AI tasks, review of results.

    3. Evaluation

Agreed criteria and a decision: continue, change or stop.

    When this scope fits

    • A specific process has an owner who can make decisions about it.
    • AI is already in use, or there is a concrete use case for it.
    • The team is ready to take part in a pilot and to collect the data needed to evaluate it.

    What the pilot covers

    • A chosen process and team.
    • Establishing the starting point and the evaluation criteria.
    • Designing the change in how work is done: roles, tasks given to AI, review of results.
    • Implementation of the agreed scope together with the partner.
    • Evaluation and a decision: continue, change or stop.

New systems or custom software development are not part of the default scope. If needed, they are priced separately.

    What you finish with

    • A map of the process and the places to improve.
    • Agreed working rules and accountability.
    • A pilot scenario and evaluation criteria.
    • A summary of observations and a recommended next step.

    Who is responsible for what

Every project has a clear split of roles, agreed in writing before work starts.

    • Partner scope confirmed before the start

Illustrative example — preparing sales proposals

    Starting point
Sales and subject-matter experts revise a proposal many times, and context gets lost at each handover.
    What we test
An agreed brief, AI support for the first draft, a named owner of the content review.
    How we evaluate
Time from a complete brief to the proposal, number of revision rounds, quality against shared criteria.

This illustrates the way of working. We choose the scope and measures for your specific process.

    How we check the results

    • We agree the measures and record the starting point before the pilot begins.
    • We look separately at the team's experience and at the result of the process.
    • We take into account differences in the type and size of tasks, and other changes happening at the same time.
    • A repeat survey on its own does not prove return on investment — that is why we also look at the process data.

    Scope and price

They depend on how complex the process is, how many participants take part, what data is available and the partner's scope.

Before the start, the proposal sets out:

    • the outcome
    • the split of roles
    • the timeline
    • acceptance criteria
    • the cost

If you already work with an implementation partner, we can also work with them once roles are agreed.

    Frequently asked questions

Do we need an audit first?

No. We start from the data you already have and only collect what is missing for the pilot.

    Do you implement the technology?

The partner's scope is agreed for each project. Collaboration.tech is responsible for the organizational side — working rules, accountability, work with the team — and for measuring the results.

    Do you guarantee the result?

We guarantee the agreed scope of work and the evaluation criteria. The pilot ends with a decision based on evidence. We do not promise guaranteed savings.

    What happens after the pilot?

Depending on the results: extending the change to more teams or processes, adjusting it, or ending it.
